OnlyFans Pixel provides link management, landing pages, conversion tracking, and advertising-attribution tools for OnlyFans creators and agencies, including integrations with the Meta (Facebook) Conversions API and the OnlyFans API. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- You are responsible for the actions of any team members or sub-accounts you grant access to.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual-property and privacy rights.
- Promote content involving minors, non-consensual material, or anything otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
- Send spam, deploy malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or rate-limiting features of the Service.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you use alongside the Service, including OnlyFans and Meta, and with their respective advertising policies.
4. Fees & Billing
- The Service is offered on a usage-based plan billed per connected account, as described at sign-up and in your dashboard.
- Fees are billed in advance or as usage accrues and, except where required by law, are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing on reasonable notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as OnlyFans, Meta, and payment processors. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions. API access, rate limits, or policies of those platforms may change in ways that affect the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by OnlyFans Pixel and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit, and grant us the rights necessary to operate and provide the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that tracking and attribution data will be complete or accurate, as this depends in part on third-party platforms and visitor behavior outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyFans Pixel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
