OnlyFans Pixel respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement relating to content made available through our Service.
1. Reporting alleged infringement
If you believe content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and, where appropriate, notify the user responsible for it.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
4. Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we will suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
5. Designated agent
